Nollywood legend Kate Henshaw discusses her recent reunion with her old coworker Genevieve Nnaji and clarifies the reason behind her withdrawal from society.
When asked how her long-standing friendship with Genevieve Nnaji was going, she revealed this during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo.
Kate Henshaw replied, admitting that there had been some small disagreements between her and Genevieve lately.
She did, however, make clear that Genevieve’s propensity to isolate herself from her and their shared coworkers was the main source of her concern.
Rekindling their connection on the set of a Netflix film, Kate continued, was a great development after years apart. She described Genevieve as approachable and welcoming.
In closing, Kate compared her to the Nollywood version of American actress Angelina Jolie, who, like Genevieve, prefers to work independently in the business and stay detached from people.
