Funke Akindele, a Nollywood actress and filmmaker, has expressed her condolences to the victims of the tragic explosion that claimed lives in Ibadan, Oyo state.
Remember that some inhabitants of Ibadan, Oyo State, reported hearing explosions in multiple sections of the state capital on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.
Funke Akindele expressed her sincere sympathies to everyone impacted by the explosion on her Instagram page.
She prayed that God would give everyone impacted the strength to suffer the unfathomable loss, noting that what she had witnessed from the situation was beyond words.
As she put it: “SAD!!🥲🥲 To everyone affected by the explosion in Ibadan, my sincere condolences. What I have witnessed since last night is indescribable, and I pray that God grants those impacted the strength to cope with this unfathomable tragedy. During this trying time, you are in my prayers and thoughts. I hope the days ahead bring you the strength and healing you require. Indeed, #ibadan.
