Less than 48 hours after a terrible tragedy in Jigawa State claimed 14 lives, six people are said to have died in an automobile accident in the state.
The terrible collision happened on the Auyo-Adiyani route in the Guri Local Government Area on Tuesday evening.
The event was confirmed by DSP Shi’isu Lawan Adam, the Jigawa State Command’s Police Public Relations Officer.
He said that the reason of the accident is still being investigated.
According to sources, the victims, who were all from the same Adiyani family, were on their way home after paying condolences to the families of the people killed in the earlier accident.
