Seun Jimoh criticizes Nigerians for failing to seek justice for the children who were abducted in Abuja.

Actor Seun Jimoh of Nollywood calls out young Nigerians for their hypocrisy in not seeing justice served for the abducted children in Abuja.

The actor made the observation that although young people are willing to demand justice for famous people like the late Mohbad, they are oblivious to the fact that children are being kidnapped in Abuja.

He called them “clout chasers,” drawing a parallel between them and the government, which only takes action when it benefits its own interests.

Seun Jimoh asserted that he has seldom seen a genuine cry for justice in Nigeria, claiming that instead, occasions are either utilized as justifications for parties or as a vehicle for ridiculing people who do not share their ridiculous beliefs.

But he also thinks that one day we will have neighbors that genuinely care about one other, especially when it doesn’t directly help their own egos, in addition to a government that attends to our needs.

“Nigerians, particularly the Woke youth, are serious and serial clout chasers,” he said. There is no justice for the abducted Abuja kids, but everyone is eager to join the “Justice for Mohbad” bandwagon. There hasn’t been any scream anywhere. Shey na because even on their cherished social media platform, all they do is clout chasing

Like our government, we only act when it serves our interests or strokes our egos! In Nigeria, I have rarely witnessed a sincere call for justice; instead, events are either used as excuses to party or as a means of mocking those who disagree with their absurd beliefs. A nation that ought to don sackcloth, sit at the gates, and mourn the death of its children, instead spends its nights drinking itself into insanity and throwing parties. I hope that one day we will have neighbors who genuinely care about one another, especially when it doesn’t directly benefit their own egos, in addition to a responsive government.
