Ruth Kadiri, an actress and producer, has attacked other film producers for putting performers under undue pressure.
She mentioned this in connection with getting views on YouTube.
Producers now put pressure on their performers to get one million views on their videos within a day of their YouTube post, according to Kadiri, one of the pioneers of using YouTube to distribute films.
She advised performers not to give in to pressure and let these producers take away their happiness.
Additionally, Kadiri said that a million views is not a sign of success or failure.
“Those with the most crap to say about others are the ones who never invest in anyone,” she said.
