Former bread seller Olajumoke Orisaguna, who gained notoriety in 2019 after being seen during a photo session, has talked candidly about her hardships and alleged celebrity exploitation.
Despite public assertions to the contrary, Olajumoke disclosed on the Honest Bunch podcast that a large number of the opportunities she participated in were unpaid.
She recounted her encounter with well-known artist Harrysong, claiming she was not compensated for her role in his Chacha music video.
“I performed a dance for Harrysong in his video while at his home in Lekki. In a written statement, he claimed to have paid me N400K, although I performed it for free. “He didn’t give me any money,” she said.
Olajumoke also talked about other times she felt taken advantage of, saying she was paid as little as N200K for duties that required her to fly abroad.
“They employed me without paying me. After driving me to South Africa for work, one gave me N200K,” she continued.
