Nigerian dancer, singer-songwriter, and model Korra Obidi, who is well-known in the US, talks about her difficulties getting her daughter June enrolled in school.
Even though Korra tried to get June to school, she was told that because of her week-long absence, her daughter could not be accepted.
Korra was taken aback by this sudden turn of events and was unsure of what to do next.
In response to the school’s request for a medical note, Korra Obidi expressed her resolve to meet the prerequisites.
Although it might not have been her worst regret in life, she acknowledged that the circumstance was stressful and that it made it harder for her to remain composed.
Right now, Korra is concentrating on getting the paperwork needed to guarantee June’s enrolment.
“I attempted to bring June to school today, but I was unable to do so because she hasn’t attended in a week, and they refused to accept her,” the woman stated. Until a doctor’s note is obtained, June is essentially no longer enrolled in that school. While I won’t claim that it’s my worst regret in life, maintaining grace is incredibly difficult.
“If it’s your denied is the problem, it’s better to come down to Nigeria with them than to lose them in that State, consider well, my dear sister,” Atinuke Ajokeade said in response.
“Tell us why she was not in school for a week,” asked @innocentekanem797.
“One thing about Kora, she’s going to post her entire personal life on social media,” said Spartan in response.
“Did you pay her school fees if she was sick? It’s like that for all schools,” LadyDee said.
“Why was she out of school for a week?” asked Papa in response.
“Take kids to a public school abi,” said in response to @lola.
