Despite her kindness, a businesswoman broke down in tears after a customer took her phone, sparking strong feelings on social media.
In a TikTok video that went viral, she sent a touching message to the offender.
She described in her article how a customer came into her store and, as she was being friendly to him, he took her Samsung phone without her knowledge.
She spoke directly to the thief in the tearful video, expressing her pain and disappointment.

“To the man that came to my store today and stole my phone simply because I was being nice—you stole my Samsung. You asked me for something, I gave it to you, and you stole my phone.”
“All my pains this year, as long as that phone is with you or you sell it and eat the money, all my pains will fall on you. I was just being nice.”
