Big Brother Naija star Pere Egbi has declared that he does not own a car and would not get one because it is not an investment.
He criticized those who squander their cash on expensive cars, stressing that properties and companies are assets, not just means of transportation.
As Pere said in the most recent episode of Spill With Phyna, “A car is not an investment.” A house is an asset, as is a business. It is unnecessary to spend all of your savings on autos.
I don’t currently own an automobile. I used to own a brand-new Lexus LS570, but I had to sell it to raise money for my movie. It’s a financial commitment. I ended up making more money than I did from the movie.
He also disclosed in the episode that, at the age of 25, he had been married in the US.
He said that their marriage ended because of his ex-wife’s concerns that he was having an affair with a female friend.
