Philip Enyinnaya, a Nigerian guy, just tied the knot with his lifelong partner, whom he first met during the “Xtracool days” of midnight calls.
Philip announced his happy marriage on Twitter, detailing the couple’s path to marriage.
Philip made the remark in response to a post remembering the “Xtracool days” and the part MTN, the telecommunications firm, had in bringing people together.
The post in question discussed how MTN’s Xtracool services had made connections easier and inspired customers to think back on their previous encounters.
Philip used the occasion to tell his own love story, disclosing that the person he had made many late-night calls to back in the Xtracool days was now his lifelong companion.
A picture of them taken on their wedding day, commemorating their official marriage, was included with his tweet.
