Waleed Abdullah, a former goalie for Al-Nassr, recently revealed details about the Portuguese superstar’s fascination in Islamic customs.
In an interview with Morocco World News, Abdullah pointed out instances that seemed to point to Ronaldo’s connection to Islam.
He claimed that after scoring goals, the former Real Madrid player stops training to pray and kneel on the field.
Abdullah disclosed, “I told him about it, and he showed interest.” “He sincerely respects Islamic practices and always encourages players to pray.”
It appears that Ronaldo’s appreciation of Islamic culture goes beyond simple gestures.
According to Abdullah, the footballer constantly shows respect for his Muslim colleagues and makes an attempt to learn about the faith.
