An NCoS official discusses the findings of their investigation following Bobrisky’s contentious admission to the penitentiary facility as a transgender person.
In a private conversation with PUNCH journalists, a senior officer at the Ikoyi Custodial Center said that the transvestite who received a six-month sentence was screened upon entry.
Upon inspection, they found that Bobrisky, the transvestite, had not had any surgical or non-surgical gender realignment or modification of his male organs, despite his claims to the contrary.
The representative stated…
“Bobrisky declared in public that he was a man, and court decisions are available to the public.” Each prisoner admitted to a facility undergoes an examination. After a thorough examination, there was no evidence of genital or gender realignment. The biological characteristics of men were the same.
Following that, he was given a cell and was accompanied by a specific number of other prisoners. He was also given a bed place. It resembles a boarding home where your personal possessions are assigned by your housemaster.
It was further stated that Bobrisky is not given special treatment and that he follows the regulations in the same way as everyone else.
“He shows up for class when it’s time. He will go fetch his share when it’s time to eat. Prepare and light out are equivalent. He looks at all of these things impartially. Since his arrival, he has conducted his business in the same manner as other prisoners.
He also addressed the widely circulated rumors that the transvestite was receiving protection from other male prisoners against possible mistreatment.
“He’s not receiving five-star care, and no one is shielding him from harm.” Like all the other prisoners, he abides by the same set of rules and regulations. The purpose of isolation cells is to stop infectious disease outbreaks. Homosexuality is forbidden and a serious crime in a prison for men. Homosexuality or sodomy is not acceptable in this detention facility. Thus, the official continued, “any prisoner who attempts to violate him will face the law.”
