Relationship expert and self-professed relationship therapist Blessing CEO offers insights on partnerships that attempt to survive without financial support.
During an open-table discussion with three other people on a Pulse TV broadcast, the therapist disclosed this.
According to her, what distinguishes men from boys is that men’s roles in society are to provide for and assume responsibility.
In her view, for a relationship to succeed, provision is essential.
Because dating at their level makes it easier to supply if their partner is within their capacity, Blessing suggested that more men should date at their level.
She asserted that, particularly in traditional African households, women performed a greater amount of provision than men.
The relationship therapist believes that although most women are capable of taking care of themselves, males become sluggish and unwilling to help when women start taking care of themselves frequently.
