Tayachibiyacha Ebal, a National Youth Service Corps member assigned to Kebbi State, passed away at the NYSC orientation camp in Dakin Gari after collapsing.
According to what Gistreel learned, the corps member was taken right away to the camp clinic for medical care before being sent to the Federal Medical Centre Birnin Kebbi for more sophisticated care.
Despite the physicians’ best efforts to revive her, she did not survive and passed away.
Her remains have been returned to her home state of Adamawa, according to Alhaji Muhammad Fingila,
Kebbi State’s Commissioner for Youth and Sports, who confirmed the occurrence to reporters in Birnin Kebbi.
On behalf of the Kebbi administration, Fingila extended a condolence message to the bereaved family, calling the occurrence regrettable.
