Nigerian disc jockey DJ Cuppy loses her verification credential a few days after bragging about being the most followed female musician on Twitter.

DJ Cuppy has expressed regret after losing her Twitter verification mark on the microblogging platform.

The daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola, who begged Twitter’s CEO two years earlier, had her verification suspended for unclear reasons.

Cuppy lamented that her friend Lerry and her verification badge had been removed from Twitter.

“They took my blue tick and my lerry for my hand.”

While many people expressed sympathy for her in the comment section, others poked fun of her.
