On TikTok, the graduate herself posted the happy moment.
The popular video shows the young woman being brought home in a lavish fashion by a joyful mob that includes drummers, trumpet players, and well-wishers.
In addition to earning a first-class degree, the caption disclosed that she was being recognized as the second-best graduating student overall and the best graduating student in her faculty at IPAM, University of Sierra Leone.
