According to what he told India Today, his university paycheck was extremely low and never arrived on time, which forced him to look for alternative ways to pay his expenditures.

Sandeep stated.

“I worked as a guest faculty member at Punjabi University for seven years after receiving a junior research fellowship for five years. I stopped teaching in June of last year because it was getting harder for my family and I to make ends meet on my pay. I refuse to plead before anyone. I’ll carry on with my work.

The lecturer started peddling veggies to make ends meet after quitting.

With that work, it had becoming harder for me to make ends meet. To support my family and myself, I turned to selling veggies because of this,” he stated.

The 39-year-old stated that although becoming a lecturer was never one of his childhood aspirations, he has no regrets about it.
