Famous drummer Sly Sticks, who has been immobile for more than three years due to a spine condition, is pleading for financial help to travel overseas for medical treatment.
The drummer, who has collaborated with a number of well-known celebrities, including Davido and Chidinma Ekile, turned to Instagram, an image-sharing app, to ask for financial support.
Sly Sticks claims that his medical problem began after he was involved in an accident and experienced excruciating arm agony.
His health eventually declined and his arm became paralyzed; since then, all attempts to get him back into excellent condition have failed.
Nevertheless, he has plucked up the bravery to ask for assistance in getting a plane ticket to India for corrective spine surgery.

Sylvester Peters, better known by his stage as SLY, is a father of two children and a working drummer.
He was put on medicines after having a minor injury years ago that caused him to start having severe left hand discomfort. The ache persisted nonetheless. His hands and legs eventually ceased responding, among other body parts. His ability to speak has also declined.
Numerous examinations were conducted, and the physician’s report indicated that there was damage to his spine. Despite visiting multiple hospitals, he has not been able to receive a resolution. His condition is getting worse every day, rendering him unable to function.
Physicians recommend that he be sent to India so that he can receive the necessary care for his condition. The anticipated cost of his care is 25 million Naira. (25,000,000 Naira)
Sly and his family have been fighting this alone for more than three years. He now urgently needs your financial support to fly to India and continue his treatment in order to survive, as the entire process has been quite expensive.
